14-Day Easy Return
We stand behind the quality of owl future products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during delivery, please contact Customer Service here within 14 days. Please include these:
– Order number
– Issue: received damaged / leaking / not insulating / other: pls state
– Photograph or video clip of the product with a copy of the delivery order on the same photograph or video clip
You may be asked to return the product to our quality assurance team, so please keep it until the exchange/refund claim is closed. If such a return is needed, you will be reimbursed on the return shipping fee.
Depending on the individual case, you may be eligible for a 1-to-1 exchange or full refund.
If a refund is applicable, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Some banks take up to 30 days to reflect the credit.
These are not eligible for returns/exchanges:
– normal wear and tear, including scratches and dents
– misuse of product, such as damage from placing it in a dishwasher, freezer or microwave oven
If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of product (based on receipt signing of the tracked parcel), unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
