Constant production of single-use plastic bottles and plastic recycling contribute to greenhouse emissions, worsening climate change.
Stainless steel is sturdy and require less protective materials during shipping. This is why we prefer it over glass. This minimises packaging, saving resources and costs, so that we can pass these cost savings to you.
When properly cared for, it can last for up to 10 years and perhaps even longer.
Instead of single-use plastic bag and bubble wrap, we’ve designed a reusable paper tube for our stainless steel bottle range.
Instead of cellophane tape that makes cardboard non-recyclable, we’re using paper tape.
In short, all the packaging is reusable, recyclable and compostable.
Our products are responsibly made in China, which is currently the world’s largest steel producing country. Locating the manufacturing base near the raw materials reduces our carbon footprint.
We invest time and effort to vet through many suppliers and source products from only those that have sustainable business practices.
These include no child labour, fair wages and a safe working environment.
We aim to be a lean, land-efficient, and energy-efficient company. This minimises the resources we use on this planet.

Care
- Check the bottle’s condition. In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us here within 14 days so that we can make you happy again.
- Hand wash with warm water and mild dish soap
Each stainless steel bottle goes through an electrolysis process to create an inert layer on the surface of the inner wall so that it does not rust.
The substance used during electrolysis may not have evaporated completely, therefore new bottles may have a slight smell.
To remove the smell, try this:
- Hand wash with mild dish soap
- Pour boiling water into it. Cover with the lid. Leave for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Rinse and check
To keep your bottle in tip-top condition, wash it regularly.
We recommend investing in a bottle brush, which can be found in household departments or the baby products aisle in the grocery store.
(There are plastic-free, wooden ones nowadays.)
- Every 1 to 2 days, hand wash your bottle
- Wash the inside with a bottle brush, mild dishwashing detergent and water
- Wash the inside of the lid with a small brush too
- If the silicone ring is removable, remove it for washing and wipe dry before fixing it back
- Dry the bottle upside down with its lid off overnight
Easy-peasy!
The bottles keep liquids cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours.
Most of your favourite drinks can be stored:
- Cold liquids such as water, juice, tea, coffee and chocolate
- Hot liquids such as water, tea, coffee and chocolate
These liquids are not suitable though:
- Milk (at any temperature) because of potential bacteria growth
- Matcha green tea because it would turn black (Source: cooking with Yoshiko)
- Acidic foods with high salt additions, such as tomato sauce, and highly salted condiments, such as soya sauce, because they may cause pitting corrosion by chloride
If you’re using the bottle to store hot liquids, pour contents into a cup before drinking to prevent scalding.
When the bottle is containing hot liquids, please keep it out of reach of children. Safety first!

Our company is registered in Singapore and we have selected a Malaysian fulfilment company with a warehouse in Shenzhen, China.
Our products are responsibly made in China, which is currently the world’s largest steel producing country.
The close proximity of the manufacturers and fulfilment centre minimises our carbon footprint and shipping costs.
Our manufacturers and fulfilment centre are also able to meet our requests of zero single-use plastic packaging, including sourcing plastic-free alternatives to bubble wrap, polybag and plastic cellophane tape.
